An order may remain pending until payment is successfully received and verified. Customers are responsible for sending the correct payment amount using the instructions provided for the selected payment method.

BuySteroids.WS offers products from different fulfillment locations, including the USA Domestic Warehouse and International Warehouse.

Warehouse availability is product-specific. The same product may be available from both locations, only one warehouse, or temporarily unavailable.

Order processing begins after payment has been confirmed. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time shown for the selected warehouse.

Orders typically require time for payment confirmation, warehouse preparation and dispatch. Weekends, holidays, stock verification or unusual order circumstances may affect processing time.

If an order is divided into more than one parcel, the shipments may be dispatched separately and can arrive on different dates.

If you need to cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible after payment.

Cancellation requests can only be considered while an order has not yet entered fulfillment or been dispatched. Once warehouse processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping methods, tracking availability and estimated delivery periods depend on the warehouse, destination and available postal or courier service.

Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch, and gaps between tracking scans do not necessarily mean that a parcel is lost.

Delivery can also be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside the store's direct control.

Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and responding to delivery or postal issues when necessary.

Customers placing International Warehouse orders are responsible for understanding the import, customs and product restrictions that apply at the destination.

Customs authorities operate independently from BuySteroids.WS. International shipments may be inspected, delayed, returned or seized according to the rules of the destination country.

Where customs documentation is required to evaluate a delivery claim, support may request a copy of the official notice or other relevant information.

If a shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact customer support so the available tracking and shipment information can be reviewed.

A parcel is not automatically considered lost solely because tracking has not updated for several days. Postal and customs scans can be delayed or incomplete.

Eligibility for replacement or reshipment depends on the circumstances of the shipment and the conditions described in the current Shipping Information.

Because many products sold through the store are pharmaceutical, biological or otherwise sensitive goods, dispatched products generally cannot be returned to inventory once they have entered the delivery network.

Refund or replacement requests are therefore evaluated according to the circumstances of the order, payment status, fulfillment status and applicable shipping or reship policy.

A customer should contact support before assuming that a delayed shipment, tracking gap or customs hold qualifies for an immediate refund or replacement.
